Ⅰ. Feature
Walking Beam Hydraulic Cylinder is a mechanical device used to lift a walking beam, which is one of the most commonly used steel coil transportation equipment in rolling mills. The steel coils from the hot-rolling coiler are generally transported through a walking beam, and then transported to the finished product warehouse through a fast chain and a slow chain at the back. The entrances and exits of cold-rolled, galvanized, and continuous withdrawal lines also use walking beams to transport steel coils.
It uses a single hydraulic cylinder to raise and lower the workpieces. It also has two independent cylinders which operate independently. A separate driving system for horizontal walking beams is used to move the walking beams. A sliding crank has a rotating arm that performs a sine wave oscillation.
