Ⅰ. Description of Boring bar
The boring bar is made of a whole piece without splicing, and the material requirement is to be forged from Ni Cr Mo alloy. The inner hole and outer circle of the boring bar need to be precision machined, and the surface of the boring bar requires electroplating treatment. The high wear resistance and overall straightness are less than 0.1mm to ensure the high straightness of the processed workpiece.
