Ⅰ. Detail

 

The cutting fluid device of this machine is equipped with a chip discharge device and a cutting fluid filtering system. The filtering oil tank is divided into dirty and clean tanks. After processing, the cutting fluid with chips enters the oil groove of the chip conveyor, and the iron chips pass through the chip conveyor to the chip loading car. After removing large iron filings through the filter screen, the cutting fluid is separated by a magnetic separator and enters the dirty and dirty tank body (with separated sediment inside the tank). Then, three pumps respectively pass through a line filter to send the cooling hydraulic pressure to the clean tank. After entering the clean tank, the coolant is circulated and filtered out through a magnetic separator and a paper filter to remove the remaining dirt, The filtered clean coolant is pressurized into a high-pressure pipeline through three pumps and filtration devices, forming a high-pressure flow into the pressure head side. High-pressure cooling is applied to the processed workpiece, and its pressure can be adjusted.
